There’s a lot going on in your mouth-you might be suprised to find out that your mouth has lots of tiny groups of living organisms called bacteria which move around your teeth, lips, gums and tongue!
DON’T WORRY! Having bacteria in your mouth is a normal thing. While some of the bacteria can be harmful, most are not and some are even helpful. Plaque causes holes in the teeth which need to be filled. By following the brushing tips and tips on foods you can avoid getting the holes!

“Both children and I loved Dr Paarth Darbar. My two kids needed feelings and were a bit nervous before the visit. But everything went smoothly: they caught confidence and calmness of the doctor and relaxed during the procedure. Great service. Highly recommend!”
