What’s been happening? Take a look on the Brightside…
As always, plenty to update you on in the world of Brightside, so I’ll get straight to it, and I’m delighted to announce that two of our team are celebrating their one-year anniversaries this week.
First up, we’ve got Elif, our wonderful dental nurse – she’s slotted straight into our team, and is a fantastic asset.
Thank you for all your hard work, Elif – can’t believe it’s been a year!
Next up, Minal, our dentist and facial aesthetics expert.
Minal joined us 12 months ago, and has quickly become a key part of our operation, bringing with her an additional skillset of facial aesthetics and skincare.

In other news, Elena and I attended the annual MiSmile conference last week – we were able to learn from Invisalign’s UK CEO, as well as several American partners. There are plenty of exciting Invisalign developments to come in the next few months, so we’ll keep you updated.
And finally, I’m grateful to the Brightside dentists for giving up a recent Saturday to spend the day discussing clinical cases, learning from Dr Bhavin Bhatt from Aligner Academy, and each other, all with the aim of improving our workflows, communication and the patient experience.
It’s always our aim to keep improving, and it really is a delight to know that the whole team is singing from the same hymn sheet, and committed to continuous improvement.
