No winding down here
Much of the world may be winding down ahead of the festive season, but December’s still been a busy month for us here at Brightside – here’s what’s been going on in your favourite dental practice
First up, we did something we do every single year, which couldn’t be more important – our basic life support and medical emergencies training.
This is a critical part of our calendar that ensures we maintain our patients’ safety, and means that in the unlikely event of a medical emergency happening in the practice, our team are equipped to deal with it.
Our next one of those sessions will be at our new premises, which we’re moving into on January 20th.
If you did miss any previous communications, we’re moving to 7 Aldermans Hill. Palmers Green, N13 4YD in 2025, and from January 20th, that’s where we’ll be full-time.
We’re making fast progress on the work there – all the signage was fitted last week, and all the legal risk assessments have now been completed. Now it’s furniture fitting time, and a few final flourishes to make sure we’re ready to open in just over a month’s time – not long now!
It hasn’t been all work though – we had a fantastic Christmas party at Cirque Lumiere in King’s Cross at the weekend. It’s always important for our team to unwind, and for us to show our gratitude for their hard work throughout the year, and this was a fitting way to do both those things!
And last but by no means least – our clinical dental technician Caroline celebrates her 13-year anniversary at Brightside this week; definitely NOT unlucky!
Caroline has been a critical part of what we do here for such a long time, and I speak for all our team, as well as hundreds of our patients when I say this: thank you, Caroline.
