Learning Along With Supporting Charity
Six members of the Brightside Team attended a 2 day conference in rainy Manchester recently titled “Creating An Inspirational Dentistry Workplace.” We learnt a huge amount over the time on ways we can improve our levels of customer service to our patients as well as working together as a team
better.
We came back with plenty of ideas we will implement over the coming months. We all learnt a lot, had a great time and got to know each other better.
As well as the conference, we attended a charity dinner raising money for Dental Mavericks, who we have supported regularly for the past few years. We are very pleased to say we contributed a donation of £1005, which went towards the total of almost £15000 raised during the event.
