Brightside blink of an eye
I can’t quite believe it, but we’re just 10 days from December – November is going in the blink of an eye.
It’s been a busy month here at Brightside, and I’ve got plenty to update you on.
New premises progressing well
If you missed it, we’re moving to a brand-new purpose-built premises at 7 Aldermans Hill, Palmers Green, N13 4YD.
From 20th January 2025, that’ll be our new home, and I know it’s going to ensure a bright future for all at Brightside.
It’s just over a mile away from where we are right now; a stone’s throw from the Morrisons, with plenty of off-street and paid parking close by (it’s a high street location, so there’s no dedicated Brightside parking).

New dental software to improve your experience
We’re not just making improvements in our premises; we’re always on the lookout for ways to improve our operation and deliver the best possible care and experience for you.
And with that in mind, I’m excited to let you know that we’re changing to a new dental software called Carestack from next week.
Well established in America, it’ll make dealing with us much smoother, and I’m fortunate enough to have direct contact with the founder, Abhi (pictured below) to make implementing the software as pain-free as possible.
That being said, there’s always a bedding in period with things like this, so please bear with us, and let us have any feedback that’ll help us improve!
Award winners!
We’re delighted to have been Highly Commended for Best Website of the Year at the Private Dentistry Awards – our website is key for many of our patients, both in terms of finding us and booking appointments, so it’s a fantastic award to win.
Team Member of the Quarter – well done Lilyma!
Our trainee dental nurse, Lilyma was voted Team Member of the Quarter by the Brightside team, and it’s a very well deserved award.
Lilyma joined us in May, and has very quickly slotted into the team and the Brightside way and we’re delighted to have her on Team Brightside!
Last but not least, the team had some extra-curricular fun…
The Brightside ladies headed out this month for the F1 Drive experience at the Tottenham Hotspur. I don’t know about you, but it looks like they had a good time?!
