7-year milestone and someone brand new
The warm spring sun this week has a welcome reminder that winter doesn’t last forever.
In just a couple of weeks, the clocks will go forward, then it’ll be Easter – time really is marching on (pardon the pun), so before I forget, let me take this opportunity to keep you up to speed on the Brightside world.
This week was a real milestone for Dr Ronit – he’s been with us for seven years, and far from getting the “itch”, he continues to be a hugely valuable part of everything we do here. His patients love him, our team love him, and over the last seven years, he’s had a massively positive impact on many hundreds of people. Thank you, Ronit.
At the other end of the spectrum, allow me to introduce a newbie – our new receptionist, Jennifer.
Jennifer brings with her a wealth of experience in administration and patient services, and she’s already fitting in extremely well – here’s what she had to say about joining us here at Brightside:
“Hi, I’m Jennifer, and I’m over the moon to have joined the Brightside team.
I’m really passionate about providing exceptional care and support to patients drives my commitment to delivering the highest level of service with a smile.
As a bilingual professional, I’m able to connect with a wider range of patients and ensure a positive and seamless experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Outside of work, I’m an avid gym-goer, a lover of reading, and enjoy all things outdoors, from hiking to exploring new places.
Travelling is a passion of mine, and I’m always on the lookout for new destinations to visit. My love for food is unmatched—whether it’s trying new cuisines or cooking at home, I’m always up for a great meal!
I’m excited to continue contributing to the Brightside Dental family and look forward to supporting our patients with the best care possible.”
We’re delighted to have Jennifer on board, and I already know she’s been a great addition to the team – welcome, Jennifer!
