11, 6 and Top 20!
As the year races on, November is now in full view, and it’s time to up date you on what we’ve been up to so far this October.
And it’s been a month of celebration, with our practice manager Elena clocking up her 11th year Brightside anniversary.
It’s no exaggeration to say that Brightside wouldn’t be what it is today without Elena – she’s been a critical part of all our success over the last decade, and has grown massively as a person and manager in that time.
Her skillset is diverse, but rather than a “jack of all trades”, she’s become a master of several, including management, reception duties and nursing too.
Thank you, Elena – we really appreciate you.
Elena is not the only Brightside team member with an anniversary this month – Simona has now been here for six years, and as our lead dental nurse, she plays a pivotal role in making sure our patients are comfortable and experience the highest possible quality care while they’re here with us.
Simona joined as a trainee dental nurse in 2018, and the way she has blossomed over the last six years really fills me with immense pride – we’re lucky to have her.
Last but by no means least, we must congratulate Brightside’s clinical dental technician Caroline on being recognised as among the top 20 people involved in dental laboratories in the UK by Dentistry, the largest publisher in our industry.
This is a huge honour, and demonstrates our commitment towards the excellence that results in happy, healthy patients – well done, Caroline; incredibly well deserved.
